Please see the attached solicitataion for detials. Funds are not presently available for this acquisition. No contract award will be made until appropriated funds are made available. This solicitation is based on best value. The factors are price and salient characteristics. Below are the minimum salient characteristics: This is for a 16 foot trailer with a 12 foot side stage actuated by an electric winch. The stage must have a wraparound safety rail, two stairs for each side of the trailer, and a rear ramp. A side access door to enter trailer without ramp pull down and include a custom color wrap such as teh Air Force logo to be given to the awardee after award. Min payload capacity 6,600 LBS and Min axle capacity 5,200 LBS. Must include a Portable battery power electric only, no gas power to power trailer. The trailer must have electric brakes, leveling jacks for trailer and stage, LED interior lighting, electric roof vent, gapless hinges, 7way trailer plug, on board storage shelves, 7 110V Outlets total 3 spread low on back wall, 2 eye level middle (equally spaced out for TV hook ups) on backwall, 2 on top of shelves, HVAC/heater, PA/speaker system.
