Pre-Award Notice Sole Source Requirement NAICS Code: 541330 – Engineering Services The 194th Wing, WA Air National Guard, intends to award a single firm fixed-price contract to the firm CH2M Hill, for non-personal services to provide all type C architect and engineering services necessary for the separate project "Base-wide Fire Alarm" Camp Murray, WA. This service encompasses all interpretation and clarification of design for a previously completed 100% design by the same firm. This project is a sole source direct award. The contract duration is 365 calendar days after award. The firm is designated as “other than small business”. The total value of this contract is $62,766.00. CH2M Hill is the sole source for type C services regarding designs they created under a previous contract for base-wide fire alarm design. Justification and reasoning for this award is contained in the Sole Source Justification posted concurrently for this action synopsis. Your attention is directed to FAR 6.302-1(a)(1) 41 U.S.C.3304(a)(1) “Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements”. The tentative date for issuing the award is 29 September 2022 at 1500 PDT. Date and time are approximate but will be no later than 30 September 2359 local time.
