Cable and Antenna PMI Kit
The 141st Communications Squadron requires three separate cable and radio-frequency test and repair systems to support communications/IT infrastructure installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair. The required items are a Bird 7003A001-5 SiteHawk SK-4500 Test Kit without Power Sensor, an LIQ-KIT-FTK1475 Cable Analyzer, and a Fujikura 70S Fusion Splicer, or equivalents, each supporting distinct functions and not interchangeable. The government intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract under NAICS 339999, size standard 550 employees, to a qualified, responsive business using best value, with price and technical acceptability approximately equal in the evaluation. Electronic offers are preferred; telephone quotes will not be accepted, and offerors must conform to all RFQ requirements, be actively registered in SAM, and submit invoices electronically through WAWF after award. Provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01 dated March 13, 2026, and DFARS change notice 20260705.
