Hangar Fire Suppression System
This project involves converting fire suppression systems in three hangars at Fairchild Air Force Base (Washington Air National Guard) to automatic water-only, single-interlock preaction sprinkler systems, including demolition and disposal of existing AFFF systems. The estimated budget is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Performance of services will be at Fairchild Air Force Base. Interested parties must submit a written notice of intent to bid as a prime contractor by 5:00 PM PST on May 28, 2026. This notice is for planning purposes to identify potential sources, and the contract may be advertised as unrestricted if adequate small business sources are not available.
