The United Property & Fiscal Office (USPFO) for Washington is seeking information concerning the availability of capable contractors with the ability to perform under a Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) with a period of performance of five years within the state of Washington. The Government is seeking interested contractors with the ability and experience in a full range of construction to include all phases of building, commercial, pavements, utilities, site preparation, renovation, interior/exterior, HVAC, plumbing, roofing, design build, construction administration, inspection and all other aspects to go with a general understanding and ability to perform on federal construction contracts encompassing a wide range of specialties. This request for information (RFI)s shall not be construed as a formal solicitation or as an obligation of the Government to acquire any products or services. Information provided to the Government as a result of this posting is strictly voluntary and given with no expectation of compensation and clearly provided at no cost to the Government. A formal solicitation will be executed and posted sparately at a future date. The contracting officer will endeavor to post all information regarding this solicitation as soon as it becomes available.
