Demolition services shall remove footings, foundations, concrete pit, and utilities. The building was constructed in 1955 and has exceeded its lifespan. Pre-demolition asbestos materials survey and lead- TCLP testing was performed in 2018. All work shall be performed in accordance with federal, state, local laws and regulations, commercial standards, manufacturer’s recommendations, and the Performance Work Statement (PWS). **Per the PWS and drawing, all the rock shall be removed except for the utility island. **The government will remove the jersey barriers and the loose railroad ties prior to the project start date. **This project is not fully funded at this time but a Short of Award has been issued. It is EXPECTED to be funded but not guaranteed.
