Large and Small Businesses are invited to answer this market survey to determine market capabilities. 158 Fighter Wing is conducting market research to determine the existence of potential sources to decontaminate equipment with the following EPA codes: D006, D007, D008, D035, F003 and F005. The potential requirement will consist of the contractor decontamination at the 158th FW. This request may not directly lead to a Request for Quotation/Proposal. Deadline for submission is 11 SEP 2025 @ 15:00 EST. Required Information: Any interested party who can perform all of the above may submit a written reply of not more than 10 pages, addressing each of the above items and defining how their company has capability to provide a solution that meets the above requirements.
