1.This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 1.1. The combined synopsis is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ)/ under solicitation number: W50S9C-23-Q-0008 1.2. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023--04 dated 02JUN2023. 1.3. Small Business set-aside: 100%. Description of requirements for the items to be acquired: Personnel Lodging for RSD for the 158th Vermont Air National Guard. 1.11. Periods of Performance (PoP): 26 Sept 2023- 5 Sept 2024 1.12. Place of Performance: Lodging Hotels within a 50 mile radius of the 158th Fighter Wing 1.13 The Government intends to evaluate offers and award a contract without discussions with offerors. Therefore, the offeror’s initial offer should contain the offeror’s best terms from a price and technical standpoint. However, the Government reserves the right to conduct discussions if later determined by the Contracting Officer to be necessary. The Government may reject any or all offers if such action is in the public interest; accept other than the lowest offer; and waive informalities and minor irregularities in offers received. 1.14 “Funds are not presently available for this acquisition. No contract award will be made until appropriated funds are made available.
