This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is solicitation is for multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements. Contractors shall submit their interest in writing and/or attend (or send a representative) to the hosted site visit scheduled for 16 AUG 22. Additionally interested contractors are required to review the attached PWS and provide confirmation of understanding and willingness to perform. The initial vehicle repair order is for five vehicles once funds become available. Initial vehicle repair order to be based on technical acceptability, past performance and price. The combined synopsis is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) under solicitation number: W50S9C-22-Q-0009. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-06 (May 1st, 2022). Small business set-aside: 100%. Applicable size standard is $7.5 M NAICS Code: 811121. A site visit is scheduled for 16 AUG 22 @ 1300 EST (please RSVP to both of the Government POCs to confirm entry). No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. Future vehicle repair purchases shall be subject to FAR 52.232-19 Availability of Funds for the Next Fiscal Year.
