This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W50S9C-22-Q-0004 is issued as a Request for Quotes and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-07. This Procurement is a total small business set aside, the NAICS code is 722320 with size standard $8.0 million. Contractors must state in their quotes their business size for this NAICS code. The 158th Fighter Wing, has a Firm Fixed Price requirement for a vendor to provide catered meals for Regularly Scheduled Drill (RSD) weekends at 105 NCO drive, South Burlington, Vermont. Lunch meals are required during the following dates: 9 & 10 April 2022 14 & 15 May 2022 2 – 5 June 2022 6 & 7 August 2022 10 & 11 September 2022 16 & 17 October 2022 (tentative) 6 & 7 November 2022 (tentative) 4 & 5 December 2022 (tentative) 8 & 9 January 2023 (tentative) 5 & 6 February 2023 (tentative) 5 & 6 Mach 2023 (tentative) See attached PWS and Headcount documents for specific details.
