Requirements include, but are not limited to, 325 - 375 Hotel Rooms per night, Meeting Spaces to accommodate approximately 600-700 participants, Meal/Snacks to accommodate approximately 600-700 participants, Audio-Visual Equipment, Parking Area(s), and preferably transportation/shuttle services to/from local airport.
