All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to provide laundry services for the 1/192 FW owned sheets and towels. Contractor will be responsible for cleaning approx. 175LBs of assorted sheets and towels each week. Sheets are twin size non fitted bed sheets (38”x75”). Towels range from wash clothes (12” x 12”), hand towels (18” x 27”), and full bath towels (30”x 60”). For the purpose of this contract, “clean” shall be free of dirt, stains, greasy film, streaks, scuff marks, and foreign matter. Soiled laundry will be placed in plastic bags by the government and placed in a receptacle in a pre-identified location for the contractor to pick up. Contractor will be responsible for picking up soiled bags once per week from the pre-identified receptacle. Cleaned sheets and towels shall be folded, sorted, placed in plastic bags and returned to the HPC no later than 3 business days after initial pickup.
