Non-personal services: The Government is seeking a Contractor to provide all labor, supplies, services, and supervision necessary to provide transit and social media advertising in strict accordance with the Performance Work Statement (attachment 1) For additional information/instructions, see the attached Request for Quote (RFQ), entitled, RFQ W50S9B21Q0015_VaANG Advertising Campaign. In accordance with the addendum to FAR 52.212-1, complete submissions include the following documents: Marketing plan that briefly explains how the Contractor intents to meet Performance Work Statement (PWS) requirements. A listing of comparable projects completed during the past three years, both for government and private industry. The type of project, dollar value, contract number, location, targeted demographic, proof of successful performance via Click Through Rates (CTR) and/or delivered impressions, and customer point of contact information. Indicate if your company was prime or subcontractor, and if subcontractor, provide the name and point of contact information for the prime contractor. Price Schedule (page 2 o the RFQ or alternative pricing structure). Signed Information Sheet (attachment 2). Completed/signed 52.204-24 and 52.204-26 Representation (attachment 3).
