Sources Sought Notice RAINWATER DRAINAGE SYSTEM Category: Z – Maintenance, Repair, and Alteration of Real Property NAICS: 238220; Size Standard: $16.5M Date Published: 6 August 2020 Contact: SMSgt R. Frank Hartzell, Contracting Division, 192d Mission Support Group, 165 Sweeny Blvd, Langley AFB, VA 23665 Location of Potential Work: 6025 Beulah Road, Sandston, VA 23150 Synopsis: SOURCES SOUGHT, Drainage System The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential Small Business sources interested in this potential project. This notice is for planning purposes only. All interested Small Business parties should respond. 192d Mission Support Group intends to issue a solicitation and award of a contract to provide and install a Rainwater Drainage System for the 200th Weather Flight facility located at 6025 Beulah Road, Sandston, VA 23150 as described in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). The magnitude of this project is less than $25,000. All interested Small Business concerns are requested to provide this office, in writing, a notice stating their positive intent to submit a proposal as a prime contractor no later than 11 August 2020. This notification, which shall not exceed five typewritten pages, must include: 1) A positive statement of intent to quote/bid as a prime contractor; and 2) A completed and signed Source Sought Information Request Form. In the event adequate Small Business contractors are not available for adequate competition for this project, it may be advertised as unrestricted.
