Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Breathing Air Compressor- 151 CES Reference RFQ# W50S9A-24-Q-A017 AMENDMENT 002: 10 September 2024 The purpose of this amendment is as follows: Revise the pricing schedule to include contract line-item numbers (CLIN) and to correct a mistake in the description. To clarify that vendor quotations shall include a copy of the signed amendment 002 document and provide pricing for each CLIN separately in accordance with the provided pricing schedule. Contractor signature required in each respective block for the original solicitation, amendment 001, and amendment 002. All other solicitation terms/conditions remain the same.
