The Utah Air National Guard currently employs an Advantor security system, and Advantor is the only source capable of providing the upgrade. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or a solicitation of offers. No solicitation documentation is available. A determination by the UTANG will not open this requirement to competition based upon any written responses to this notice.
