Please see the attached revised document, all changes made to the SOW have been annotated in red text. To clarify what the vendor shall include with the submission of their quote. Quotation shall include the following: Signed copy of this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation document showing acknowledgement of all the terms, conditions, and amendments. A company created layout rendering of the spaces to show conformance with the statement of work. Product data (as applicable) A company created pricing sheet. See the attached revised terms and conditions/SOW documents for full amendment information dated 20 July 2023. Please submit any additional questions or concerns on the requirements as stated prior to the submission of a quotation. All other solicitation terms/conditions remain the same.
