AMENDMENT 0008 As the Energy Star website at www.energystar.gov does not include projectors or rack-mountable Blu-Ray players (items 4 and 9 of the specification, respectively), the requirement for those items to be Energy Star designated has been removed from the specification document. Additionally, the specification document has been updated to emphasize that the TV and amplifier are required to be Energy Star designated. The products quoted shall be listed at www.energystar.gov, or the offeror shall provide a product cut sheet showing that the item meets this requirement. Contractors are reminded to acknowledge all amendments by signing on page 1 of the document entitled "W50S9A21Q0007 Amendment 0008 Combined Synopsis Solicitation DFAC AV Upgrade". Acknowledgement of amendments is required to be considered for award, per FAR 52.212-1 addendum. The solicitation closing time has been extended to 30 September 2021 at 11:00 AM MDT. ___________________________________________________________________ AMENDMENT 0007 Discussion with cybersecurity personnel revealed that contrary to the language in Amendment 0006 to this solicitation, network routers, switches, and IP-based solutions may be used for distribution and control - provided that the solution remains a standalone solution not requiring access to the local network. The specification document has been revised to remove that language. Contractors are reminded to acknowledge all amendments by signing on page 1 of the document entitled "W50S9A21Q0007 Amendment 0007 Combined Synopsis Solicitation DFAC AV Upgrade". Acknowledgement of amendments is required to be considered for award, per FAR 52.212-1 addendum. As this amendment does not require solutions varying from those requested prior to Amendment 0006, the solicitation closing time remains 24 September 2021 at 2:00 PM MDT. ___________________________________________________________________ AMENDMENT 0006 As a result of Air Force communications security (COMSEC) guidelines, this solicitation is being amended to incorporate a revised specification document, which clearly states that no network router and/or switches will be allowed due to COMSEC requirements. All offers must rely on non-IP based solutions for distribution and control. The solicitation is hereby extended to 24 September 2021 at 2:00 PM MDT to allow contractors to revise their quotes and acknowledge the amendments by signing on page 1 of the document entitled "W50S9A21Q0007 Amendment 0006 Combined Synopsis Solicitation DFAC AV Upgrade". Acknowledgement of amendments is required to be considered for award, per FAR 52.212-1 addendum. ___________________________________________________________________ AMENDMENT 0005 This amendment is being issued to publish questions and answers relating to this solicitation. See attached Q&A document for further details. The solicitation closing date is unchanged. This is the final Q&A document that will be published.
