AMENDMENT 01 - This presolicitation notice is amended to close on 27 August 2021. Persuant to FAR 5.203(a)(1), the contracting officer may establish a period shorter than 15 days for issuance of the solicitation. ____________________________________________________________________________ The Utah Air National Guard (UTANG) intends to solicit and negotiate a sole source contract with Utah Yamas Controls for a security system update under FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). Yamas is the approved vendor for accreditation of the SCIF located at the UTANG. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or a solicitation of offers. No solicitation document is available. A determination by the UTANG will not open this requirement to competition based upon any written responses to this notice.
