All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary, and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. Contractors responding to this posting are advised their response does not guarantee awards in future solicitations or contracts. The 151st ARW Contracting Office is seeking companies, including small businesses, who can provide the construction services outlined in the attached draft statement of work. The proposed North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 238220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors, which has a corresponding size standard of no more than $16.5 million. The Government will use this information to determine the best acquisition strategy for this procurement. The Government is considering all small business concerns at this time. 2. Description The 151st Maintenance Squadron of the Utah Air National Guard has a requirement for the purchase and installation of a 60-ton chiller with associated equipment. This work includes mounting and connecting piping, electrical connections, installing four traffic bollards surrounding the chiller, and installing a new concrete equipment pad to support the chiller.
