This acquistion has been set-aside and limited to Small Business firms within the assigned North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 238190, Other Foundation, Structure, and Building Exterior Contractors, with a small business size standard of $16.5 Million. Therefore, the purpose of this amendment is to outline the following requirements for the submission of bids: 1. Interested offerors that intend to hand deliver or use a courier service to submit their bids shall give the contracting office a minimum 4 hour notice via email before the delivery of their bid to the Roland R. Wright ANG Base. 2. Interested offerors that intend to submit their bids through the use of certified mail shall email the contracting office upon the receipt of a tracking number for their package. The existing floors in many of the bays were previously coated with epoxy, but have exceeded their life expectancy exhibiting a chipped and cracked surface. Other flooring areas are unfinished concrete that are being used in a manner that require epoxy coating. There is approximately 30,450 SF of flooring requiring epoxy, in addition to approximately 1,000 linear feet of concrete crack repair. The anticipated period of performance for the work to be completed is 90 calendar days. The projected magnitude of this procurement is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00.
