The 164th Airlift Wing in Memphis, TN is soliciting a total small business set-aside, firm-fixed-price contract for electrical work under NAICS 238210. The contractor will provide and install two new 175A breakers in existing switchgear in Buildings 4455 and 4513, along with new 2” EMT conduit and #2/0 THHN CU feeders for relocated 400Hz units, then terminate and test the feeds. A site visit is scheduled for 30 July 2026 at 9:00 am CDT, and interested contractors are encouraged to attend. Award will be made based on best value to the Government, and no award will occur until appropriated funds are available. Performance will take place at the Memphis, TN location across the specified buildings.
