No contract award will be made until appropriated funds are made available. CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT for Project PYKL242011, Replace Boilers Bldg. 4607 at the 164th Airlift Wing, Memphis ANG Base, TN. Work shall be performed in accordance with (IAW) the Statement of Work (SOW). This project is a total small business set-aside. The North AmericanIndustry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238220 and the Small Business Size Standard is: $19,000,000.00 in average annual receipts for the past three years. Construction project magnitude is between $100,000.00 and $250,000. Persons intending to submit a bid are strongly encouraged to attend the Pre-Bid Conference and Site Visit. See Section 00 21 00 for location and date.To provide all management, tools, equipment, transportation, supervision, and labor necessary to replace two boilers which includes replacement of two circulating pumps, two motor starters for the pumps, two flow switches, four isolation valves, replace insulation to match existing insulation, two solenoid valves, six temperatures gauges, five pressure gauges and ensure that the system maintains a 35% glycol mix at the Tennessee Air National Guard Base, Memphis, TN.
