This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W50S99-25-Q-1000 is being issued as a Request for Quotes. The 164th Airlift Wing located at 4593 Swinnea Memphis, TN 38118, is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for a single award contract to be prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 561720 Janitorial Services, with a Small Business size standard of $22 million. This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-87. This Request for Quote (RFQ) for Kitchen Patrol (KP) Service Attendants is being set aside for Total Small Businesses. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price contract. If you cannot quote all items requested in this RFQ, please submit quote on what you can provide, as it may be considered if government determines best for the government, however it's the government's intent to award to a vendor who can provide all that is requested. Meaning, the goal of this solicitation is to find a small businesses to fill the requirements of the 164th Airlift Wing. This is a SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS. The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential sources for this requirement including interested Small Business sources. This notice is for planning purposes only. All interested parties should respond. The Tennessee Air National Guard, Memphis ANG Base, Memphis, TN has been tasked to provide a supervisor and (9) nine KP staff, cleaning facilities, equipment, utensils, handling foods, supplies, and maintaining quality control. The contractor will provide personnel for various sanitation activities during the Regularly Scheduled Drills (RSD). Proposed project will be a Firm Fixed Price contract. The type of solicitation issued will depend upon the responses to this synopsis. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this synopsis or any follow up information requests. The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities and qualifications of various members of the Small Business Community to include Section 8(a), Historically Underutilized Business Zones (HUB-Zone), and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) to compete and perform a Firm Fixed Price Contract.
