This is a SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS. The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential sources for this requirement including interested Small Business sources. This notice is for planning purposes only. All interested parties should respond. The Tennessee Air National Guard, Memphis ANG Base, Memphis, TN has been tasked to provide the installation and startup of seven (7) Command and Control Console Systems. The contractor shall remove eight (8) existing console systems from various locations across the base. Design, install, and setup of new console systems to include warranty. Train local users and provide permission for administrators. Proposed project will be a Firm Fixed Price contract. The type of solicitation issued will depend upon the responses to this synopsis. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this synopsis or any follow up information requests. The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities and qualifications of various members of the Small Business Community to include Section 8(a), Historically Underutilized Business Zones (HUB-Zone), and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) to compete and perform a Firm Fixed Price Contract. All interested concerns will provide this office, in writing, a notice stating their positive intention to submit a quote as a prime contractor no later than 5 Apr 2024, 10:00 A.M. EDT. This notification, which shall not exceed five typewritten pages, must include a signed Sources Sought Information Request Form (attached to this posting). In the event adequate Small Business contractors are not available for adequate competition for this project, it may be advertised as unrestricted.
