This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for properly inspecting, troubleshooting, or performing maintenance and repairing air compressor, air dryer and the three breathing air systems in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The 164th Airlift Wing located at 4593 Swinnea Memphis, TN 38118 , is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 811310 Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Repair and Maintenance, with a Small Business size standard of $12,500,000.00 million dollars. This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-87. This Request for Quotes (RFQ) for properly inspecting, troubleshooting, or performing maintenance and repairing air compressor, air dryer and three breathing air systems is being set aside for Total Small Businesses. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. If you cannot quote all items requested in this RFQ, please submit a proposal on what you can provide, as it may be considered if government determines best for the government, however it's the government's intent to award to vendors who can provide all that is requested. Meaning, the goal of this solicitation is to find small businesses to fill the requirements of the 164th Airlift Wing. If it appears it is more advantageous for the Air National Guard, multiple firms may be used to fill the requirement under this IDIQ. CLIN 0001 The following Breathing Air Systems are located in Fuel Cell Hangar/ Paint Booth at the 164th Airlift Wing complex: – Maintenance/ Repair Plan for Breathing Air Systems: • 1 ea. - Hankinson Catalite Breathing Air Purifier Model# 1914 • 2 ea. - Kaeser SX 7.5 Rotary Screw Compressors • 1 ea. - Kaeser Sigma Air Management System Control Panel • 1 ea. - Amico Corporation Breathing Air Manifold The following Air Compressors / Air Dryers are located in Main Maintenance Hangar and Fuel Cell/ Structural Maintenance Hangar at the 164th Airlift Wing complex: – Maintenance/ Repair Plan for Air Compressor/ Air Dryer: • 1 ea. - Gardner Denver Champion 150 Air Compressor Model# ERM99B • 1 ea. - Gardner Denver Champion Compressed Air Dryer Model# CRN600A CLIN 0002 – Trip Charge (if applicable) A site visit for this requirement is scheduled upon request. The site visit is not required but it is highly suggested for quoting vendors to get a full understanding of all that we are requesting.
