This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Lodging Accommodations for authorized Air National Guard personnel of the 164th Airlift Wing Tennessee Air National Guard while in a duty status for training on a rental basis. This announcement is in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The 164th Airlift Wing located at 4593 Swinnea Memphis, TN 38118 , is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for a Firm-Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. This is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 721110 Hotels (except Casino Hotels) and Motels, with a Small Business size standard of $35 million. This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-87. This Request for Quote (RFQ) for Lodging Accommodations is being set aside for Total Small Businesses. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price IDIQ contract to multiple vendors. If you cannot quote all items requested in this RFQ, please submit quote on what you can provide, as it may be considered if government determines best for the government, however it's the government's intent to award to a vendor who can provide all that is requested. Meaning, the goal of this solicitation is to find small businesses to fill the requirements of the 164th Airlift Wing. If it appears it is more advantageous for the Air National Guard, multiple firms may be used to fill the requirement under this IDIQ. Attachments include: Price Cost Schedule that will include the vendors permissible all-inclusive pricing which shall be submitted as a quote and the Performance Work Statemen (PWS). The quote must include the following: (1) Completed Price/Cost schedule (base year plus 4 option years) (2) Two years of Public Health certificates (applicable, if kitchen is on site) (3) Current Elevator Inspection Certificate (4) Current Fire Inspection Report The Government shall conduct a site visit of the facility prior to award to confirm required standards.

This notice is for planning purposes only. All interested parties should respond. The Tennessee Air National Guard, Memphis ANG Base, Memphis, TN has been tasked to solicit for single and double occupancy lodging accommodations for authorized Air National Guard personnel of the 164th Airlift Wing Tennessee Air National Guard while in a duty status for training on a rental basis. Hotel Rooms: Two (2) Queen Beds (single rooms only if double rooms are not available) Proposed requirement will be a Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The type of solicitation issued will depend upon the responses to this synopsis. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this synopsis or any follow up information requests. The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities and qualifications of various members of the Small Business Community to include Section 8(a), Historically Underutilized Business Zones (HUB-Zone), and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) to compete and perform a Firm Fixed Price Contract.
