Contractor shall provide hotel rooming, meeting space rooms, audio-visual (screens, audio connections, computer hookups, and microphones), and space for community partners, parking, and serve meals and snacks per the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). “Funds are not presently available for this acquisition. No contract award will be made until appropriated funds are made available.”
