Persons intending to submit a bid are strongly encouraged to attend the Pre-Bid Conference and Site Visit on 3 August 2022 at 9:00 a.m. Central Daylight Time. The project consists of contractor furnishing all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to Roadway & Parking Lot Pavement Repair, Air National Guard Base Memphis, TN at the Memphis International Airport. Project includes repair asphalt pavement cracking along roadways and parking areas. To include “optional” work task per the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible bidder whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, considering price and other price-related factors. The contracting officer will award to the offeror whose offer represents best overall value to the Government. The Government intends to make award without discussions. However, the Government reserves the right to hold discussions if it is in the best interest of the Government to do so. Bidders must provide information on price, delivery, Tax ID number, Cage Code and DUNS number.
