The contractor must provide an oil vacuum trailer with a 500–1300 gallon tank capacity. The tank must be hydraulic-lift capable and have 1.5-inch suction and discharge connections. It must include a diesel engine, manual valves at the suction and discharge, and at least 25 feet of hardwall suction hose. Required gauges include a pressure/suction gauge and a level gauge or sight glass for liquid level awareness. The trailer must also have a hook-and-loop style connection for the truck hitch.
