The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to procure and install a 4 foot 8 11/16 inch High X 10 foot 6" Long X 6 11/16" Deep ... The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to procure and install a 4 foot 8 11/16 inch High X 10 foot 6" Long X 6 11/16" Deep (4’8 11/16” H x 10’ 6” L x 6 11/16” D), Double Faced Electronic LED Outdoor Display at the front gate to replace the existing one. The contractor shall utilize the existing LED Display framing structure to install the new LED Display. The LED display must have a pixel pitch of 6.667mm and be multi-color, 30 lines/80.0 characters. Power requirements are 120 volt single phase with two wires (1 hot leg and 1 neutral) plus a ground at 70 amps (35 amps per face). The programming of the sign cannot utilize the base network and must utilize a stand-alone connection to program it. All equipment, software, software licenses, software license keys, programming, cabling, connectors, connection from computer to sign, racks, miscellaneous hardware, and administrator/user training shall be provided and/or installed by the contractor. This project is to be fully functional upon the turn-over to the 134 Air Refueling Wing (134 ARW). In other words, turn-key complete. At the completion of the project, the Electronic LED Display must be able to display videos, pictures, and written messages.
