CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT for Project PSXE232024 Repair Exteriors Basewide, at the 134th Air Refueling Wing, McGhee Tyson ANG Base, TN. Work shall be performed in accordance with (IAW) the SOW, plans and specifications. This project is set aside for small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220 and the Small Business Size Standard is $45,000,000.00 in average annual receipts for the past three years. Construction project magnitude is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. Persons intending to submit a bid are strongly encouraged to attend the Pre-Bid Conference site visit. See Section 00100 for location and date. Funds are not presently available for this acquisition. The Government anticipates funds will become available prior to award as this action has been identified on the National Guard priority list. No contract aw ard will be made until appropriated funds are made available. Invitation for Bids (IFB) Set-Aside for Small Businesses NAICS Code: 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction The Tennessee National Guard intends to issue an Invitation for Bids to award a single firm fixed-price contract for services, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary for the Construction of Repair Bldg 1812 Band Facility at McGhee Tyson ANG Base. The contract duration will be 180 calendar days after notice to proceed to include inspection and punch list. This project is set aside 100% for Small Businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 236220, with a small business size standard of $45,000,000. The magnitude of construction is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The tentative date for issuing the solicitation is on-or-about 15 August 2023. The tentative date for the pre-bid conference is on-or-about 22 August 2023, 10:00 AM local time, location to be provided in the solicitation. Interested contractors are encouraged to attend and shall follow conference registration and base access requirements shown in the solicitation. A site visit will follow the pre-bid conference.
