The Tennessee Air National Guard at Berry Field Air National Guard (ANG) Base, Nashville, TN intends to award a single firm fixed-price contract for services, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment to repair outfall of storm sewer culvert beneath Murfreesboro Road at the Tennessee Air National Guard installation at Nashville International Airport in accordance with Unified Facilities Criteria by enclosing an existing outfall and open ditch into an enclosed storm sewer and constructing a retaining wall to stabilize affected slope. The work includes demolition of existing paved walking path and unused 8" pipes, installation of storm structures including inlets and junction boxes, round and elliptical reinforced concrete pipe, segmented modular retaining wall, concrete ditch, repairing paved path, erosion control measures, seeding and strawing, and asphalt paving and repair to walking path. The contract duration is 120 days after NTP. This project is set aside 100% for Small Business. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 237110, with a size standard of $39,500,000.00. The magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000. Your attention is directed to FAR CLAUSE 52.219-14 (b) (4) LIMITATIONS ON SUBCONTRACTING which states “By submission of an offer and execution of a contract, the Offeror /Contractor agrees that in performance of the contract the concern will perform at least 15 percent of the cost of the contract, not including the cost of materials, with its own employees” applies to this project.
