This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) and constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2021-03. This combined synopsis/solicitation is set-aside 100% for small business. North American Industrial Classification Standard 337214 applies to this solicitation; business size standard is 1000 Employees. The South Dakota Air National Guard has a requirement for the purchase and installation of office furniture for a soon to be remodeled space in an existing building. Completion of the newly remodeled space is scheduled for approximately 15 June 2021. The contractor shall provide detailed specifications for all furniture items offered and a Project Work Plan and Schedule with their quote detailing their plan for successful delivery and installation starting immediately upon the completion of the remodel. The South Dakota Air National Guard intends to issue a firm-fixed price order for the following: CLIN 0001 – Office Furniture Qty: 1 Unit: Package Reference paragraphs 4.0 - 4.32 in the attached Statement of Work (SOW) for furniture specifications. CLIN 0002 – Furniture Delivery and Installation Qty: 1 Unit: Package Reference paragraphs 5.1 - 5.1.2 in the attached Statement of Work (SOW) for furniture delivery and installation requirements. NOTE: Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government’s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. Preparing and Submitting your Quote: Offerors shall provide pricing for the above items inclusive of delivery to the South Dakota Air National Guard, 1201 West Algonquin St, Sioux Falls, SD 57104-0264. Offeror shall submit detailed specification for each furniture item offered and provide a Project Work Plan and Schedule with their quote.. To facilitate the most expeditious and equitable evaluation process possible, Contractors must use the attached Quote Sheet for providing requested company, product and pricing, and project work plan and schedule information. Use the first tab on the attached Quote Sheet to input your company information. Use the Bid Schedule tab to input your furniture specification and pricing information. Use the third tab to provide your Project Work Plan and Schedule. Please ensure ALL information requested in the attached Quote Sheet (fillable fields on both tabs) is provided. Please make quotes valid for minimum of 60 days. All questions and answers must be in writing. Do not contact other Government personnel as this will only delay receipt of answers. Evaluation: The Government plans to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the offer conforming to the solicitation which will be most advantageous to the Government.
