This is a combined synopsis/solicitation to award one or multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for the rental of commercial lodging within a 10 mile radius of the South Dakota Air National Guard (SDANG) located at Joe Foss Field (FSD), Sioux Falls, South Dakota. This synopsis/solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 and is supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement is being issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ) and constitutes the only synopsis/solicitation. Contractors who are interested in this requirement shall review the documents posted with this solicitation: B.08 W50S9621Q0005-Lodging BPA RFQ B.08 W50S9621Q0005-Lodging BPA Terms and Conditions B.08 W50S9621Q0005-Lodging BPA Quote Sheet Contractors who want to be considered for a BPA with SDANG shall provide the required information by filling out all three pages of and submitting Item 3 above, Lodging BPA Quote Sheet. The Contractor is required to be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM) database, and maintain the registration throughout the life of the BPA (5 years). If not already registered in SAM, go to www.sam.gov to register prior to submitting a quote. Your company must have an active status in SAM within 1 week of notification of potential award. This process can take up to a couple weeks so Contractors should begin the sam.gov registration process immediately.
