Amendment 0003: This amendment is issued in order to answer questions submitted in response to this solicitation and revise Attachment 2, Section B Contract Pricing Table accordingly. Please submit Rev. 1 of the Pricing Spreadsheet as your price proposal. The Questions and Answers are as follows: Question 1: Please clarify Line Item 92 on the Original Pricing Spreadsheet: Is pricing to be submitted per cubic yard or per drum? Answer 1: Pricing is to be submitted as 1 cubic yard for a T-Pak. This is now line 95 on the spreadsheet. Question 2: In regards to Line Items 88-90 on the Original Pricing Spreadsheet: How are minimal load charges to be incorporated? Should we add an additional line item? Answer 2: Additional lines, now indicated as lines 89, 91, and 93 on Rev. 1 of the spreadsheet have been incorporated to address minimum vacuum truck charges. Question 3: After base year in regards to Line Item 85 and Line Item 86 of the Original Pricing Spreadsheet, due to current market volatility, can disposal costs be entered as cost plus 15% markup which will be based on disposal pricing at time of generation? Answer 3: The pricing spreadsheet is revised to only require pricing for lines 85 and 86 for the Base Period, and should not be completed for Years 2, 3, 4, and 5. The future rates for these lines items will be established during future negotiations to occur prior to the applicable performance year. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Amendment 0002: Amendment 0002 is issued to clarify the page limit. The pricing submittal is excluded from the 20-page limit noted in the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation document attached to this notice. The pricing submittal should only constitute the completed spreadsheet attachment, "Section B Contractor Pricing Table" and nothing else. The Combined Synopsis/Solicitation attachment is updated to reflect this clarification. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Amendment 0001: Amendment 0001 is issued to revise a provision listed in the Combined Synopsis Solicitation. Section 9a, 5.0 has been modified to reference provision FAR 52.212-3, Alt I “Offerors Representations and Certifications–Commercial Items (DEVIATION 2023-O0002) (DEC 2022)”. The Deviation was previously not referenced. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. This Combined Synopsis/Soicitation notice is for On-Call Environmental Field Services.
