This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W50S9421Q0001 and is issued as Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05/ effective 3-10-2021. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 339920 with a small business size standard of 750 employees. This requirement is a 100% Small Business set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit quotations. The Rhode Island Air National Guard (RIANG) 143d Force Support Squadron (FSS) requires Commercial Grade Fitness Room Equipment as described in the attached Bid Schedule. Multiple awards may result. All equipment pricing shall be inclusive of delivery (FOB Destination) and set-up. Location: Building 12, Flightline Drive, Quonset Air National Guard Base, North Kingstown RI 02852-7547. Delivery date: 13 September 2021. Complete and submit attached Bid Schedule form, indicating proposed pricing and manufacturer/manufacturer part number; provide data sheets/product literature/technical features/warranty information as appropriate. Additionally, the 143 FSS is seeking Preventative Maintenance Service support to keep the RIANG Fitness Room Equipment fully maintained and operational, per Section 5 of the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Period of Performance shall be 1 Base Year of 12 months and (4) 12-month option years. Refer to attached Bid Schedule.
