This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W50S9421Q0003 and is issued as Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05/ effective 3-10-2021. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334111 with a small business size standard of 1,250 employees. This requirement is a 100% Small Business set-aside and items are sought under GSA schedule 70 per attached Limited Sources Justification. Only qualified offerors may submit quotations. The Rhode Island Air National Guard (RIANG) 143d Communications Flight (CF) requires: CLIN 0001 Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) Units, Qty 28 Must meet or exceed the following characteristics: - 120V AC - NEMA 5-15P power plug (for powering the unit) - Minimum of eight NEMA 5-15R outlets - 1kW minimum power output - Capable of having a minimum of three expansion battery packs connected - Able to be mounted in a 19" network equipment rack - No specific warranty required, will accept manufacturer's warranty CLIN 0002 UPS Expansion Batteries, Qty 36 Must meet or exceed the following characteristics: - Be compatible with the UPS that is chosen (determined via manufacturer specs) - Ability to be daisy-chained with a minimum of two other expansion battery backups - Able to be mounted in a 19" network equipment rack - No specific warranty required, will accept manufacturer's warranty Refer to Solicitation W50S94-21-Q-0003 Award to be made on price alone.
