The purpose of this project is to obtain furniture configuration services for the 143 LRS building P5 as outlined in the Performance Work Statement to include design, furnish, and installation. The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, personnel, equipment, inventory, transportation, assembly, and installation to fulfill this requirement. A site visit is required to ensure accuracy of CAD Floor Plan and proper measurements are obtained by the vendor for accountability of design and customized furniture. The site visit will occur on August 18, 2020 at 0900 EST. Vendor will contact POC – CMSgt Patrick Cavanaugh (401-267-3316) at least one day prior to site visit to confirm attendance. Vendor will be escorted to the site and proper PPE will be provided for safety, as this is an active construction site.
