The solicitation number is W50S9321R0021 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-07. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 236220 with a small business size standard of $36.50M. This requirement is a Small Business Set-Aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids. The National Guard - Puerto Rico requires the following items, Purchase Description Determined by Line Item, to the following: LI 001: The Contractor shall provide supervision, transportation, labor, materials, equipment, fuel and any other needed materials and quality control necessary, except as specified in Paragraph 3.0 as Government Furnished items, to perform repairs of Building 19, located in Muñiz Air Base, Carolina, PR, as specified in Paragraph 5.0 (Requirements) contained in the Scope of Work in this solicitation. A site visit conference will be held on 12 August 2021 at 1:00 PM. This site visit will start at the Contracting Office, Building 29, Muñiz Air National Guard Base, Carolina, PR 00979.
