The purpose of this ammendment is to: - Change the solicitation deadline to 19 Mar 2021. - Post the answers to industry questions. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ The purpose of this ammendment is to change the deadline to submit questions (RFIs) from 22 Feb 2021 at close of business to 24 Feb 2021 at close of business. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ The Puerto Rico Air National Guard (PRANG) has a requirement to award a single firm fixed-price contract for replacing the HVAC on Building 105 at Muniz Air Force Base, Carolina, Puerto Rico. The renovation consist of all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals necessary to accomplish the work. The primary purpose of the project is to replace two 12.5 ton HVAC units on Bldg. 105. This will require the removal of installed unit. More details can be found in the Statement of Work (SOW) attachment. Place of performance is at Muniz Air Force Base, Carolina, Puerto Rico 00979. Magnitude of the project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Contract completion time is 90 calendar days after award day to include inspection and punch list. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this work is 238220. This is a 100% Small Business set-aside. A site visit conference will be held on 17 February 2020 at 9:00 AM. This site visit will start at the Contracting Office, in Building # 29, 200 Avenue Jose A. Tony Santana Muniz Air National Guard Base, Carolina, PR 00979. To expedite base access, we would need the following documents before the date of the site visit: Firm Name and Telephone Number Visitor’s Name Copy of Drivers License or any Identification Card in compliance with the Real ID Act Citizenship DD Form 369 Puerto Rico Certificate of Good Conduct Proposals are due on 9 March 2021 at 4pm EST. Interested contractors are encouraged to attend a site visit and shall follow base access requirements shown in the solicitation. All questions and requests for information (RFI) must be received not later than close of business 22 Feb 2021. The award will be made on the lowest price that meets all the government technical requirements. The Government intends to award without discussions.
