The USPFO for Puerto Rico intends to issue an Invitation for Bid (IFB) to award a single firm fixed- price contract for services, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary for the Demolition of Hangar 1 in Muñiz Air Base, Carolina, PR. Demolition consists of approximately 98,000 SF for main building and related areas. Testing and abatement of asbestos and lead are required. Options include demolition of a two story building of approximately 2,500 SF and another option for demolition of communications manholes and conduits. The resulting area will be backfilled and seeded.
