GENERAL INFORMATION The Puerto Rico Air National Guard has a requirement for Lead and Asbestos mitigation. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only notice. A written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. A Firm Fixed Priced Award will be made in accordance with the following: NAICS Code: This acquisition is being solicited as a 100% women owned small business set-aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 562910 with a size standard of $20.5 million dollars. II. DESCRIPTION OF ACQUISITION: The Puerto Rico Air National Guard has a requirement of removing and disposing Asbestos containing material (ACM) and Lead Base Paint) at second floor of bldg.2, located in Punta Salinas Radar Site, Toa Baja, PR, as specified in the PWS. This procurement will be awarded under Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Quotes must be received no later than 17 September 2020, 4 pm, EST, daylight savings time.
