The requirement is to update the 193rd Giant Voice System, including installation of SD CARD, Controllers, and Digital Voice Copy, in accordance with the salient characteristics in the solicitation document. Quoters must provide a proposed product, technical specification sheet, and pricing sheet in PDF format. All solicitations must be processed through the PIEE solicitation module, and quotes received outside that module may not be considered. The government intends to award one firm-fixed-price contract to the responsible quoter whose quotation offers the best value based on compliance with salient/performance characteristics, lowest price, and past performance, in that order.
