This is a sources sought notice for a Giant Voice Upgrade at the Pennsylvania Air National Guard, 193 Special Operations Wing, in Middletown, PA. Interested firms must demonstrate capability to meet the attached specifications and be certified/trained through Federal Signal’s Mass Notification System Training Academy. The government has not made a set-aside decision, but responses from small businesses, including 8(a), HUBZone, and SDVO firms, are encouraged, and any small business prime must perform at least 50% of the effort.
