This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 1. The solicitation number is W50S9222Q9004. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP). 2. This requirement is solicited 100% Total Small-Business set-aside under North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) code: 722310. 3. Below is the contract line item number (CLIN). a) CLIN 0001 – 8 Days, Base Year: Quarterly Kitchen Service in accordance with Attachment 1 – PWS Quarterly Kitchen Services Rev 1; b) CLIN 1001 – 8 Days, Option Year 1: Quarterly Kitchen Service in accordance with Attachment 1 – PWS Quarterly Kitchen Services Rev 1; c) CLIN 2001 – 8 Days, Option Year 2: Quarterly Kitchen Service in accordance with Attachment 1 – PWS Quarterly Kitchen Services Rev 1; d) CLIN 3001 – 8 Days, Option Year 3: Quarterly Kitchen Service in accordance with Attachment 1 – PWS Quarterly Kitchen Services Rev 1; e) CLIN 4001 – 8 Days, Option Year 4: Quarterly Kitchen Service in accordance with Attachment 1 – PWS Quarterly Kitchen Services Rev 1; and f) CLIN 0002 – Additional Days: An unfunded, “not to exceed”, line item shall be included in this contract for the incorporation of any additional days of service to be used within the scope of the contract in accordance with Attachment 1 – PWS Quarterly Kitchen Services Rev 1; and g) CLIN 0003 - 6 Month, Continued performance to be used on an as needed basis in accordance with FAR 52.217-8. 4. Description of requirement for the services to be acquired. a) Period of Performance: i. CLIN 0001 – 8 April 2022 to 7 April 2023; ii. CLIN 1001 – 8 April 2023 to 7 April 2024; iii. CLIN 2001 – 8 April 2024 to 7 April 2025; iv. CLIN 3001 – 8 April 2025 to 7 April 2026; v. CLIN 4001 – 8 April 2026 to 7 April 2027; vi. CLIN 0002 – Additional days to be used on an as needed basis; and vii. CLIN 0003 – Continued performance to be used on an as needed basis in accordance with FAR 52.217-8.
