The 193rd SOW, Pennsylvania Air National Guard, has a requirement to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Inactive Duty Training (IDT) lodging at three different locations in Central Pennsylvania. The 193rd SOW intends to enter into a BPA for a period of up to three years (January 3, 2020 to January 2, 2023). The physical address of any Hotel / Motel property for any requirement at each of the locations must be located within 10 miles of that location. For lodging at Ft Indiantown Gap, hotel/motel must be located within 15 driving miles of 168 Hamburg Street, Annville, PA, 17003. For lodging at Middletown, hotel/motel must be located within 10 driving miles of 81 Constellation Ct, Middletown, PA. For lodging at State College, the hotel/ motel must be within 10 driving miles of 1776 Minute Man Rd, State College, PA 16803. This BPA will have a period of performance of three (3) years from date of agreement via issuance of Blanket Purchase Agreement Calls. Please review these documents in their entirety for a complete description of this requirement. This requirement is a small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 721110 (Hotels (except Casino Hotels) and Motels) and the Size Standard for Small Business is $32.5 Million. The lodging requirement consists of establishing a BPA, for a period of three (3) years from date of award, to a prime vendor via issuance of BPA Call Orders. The 193rd SOW may issue a BPA Call for a one (1) month period or a BPA Call for multiple months up to the BPA Call Limit specified. The contractor is required to be registered in the System of Awards Management (SAM) database, and maintain the registration throughout the life of the BPA (3 years). The contractor is required to be registered in Wide Area Work Flow in order to receive electronic funds transfer.
