This requirement is to provide the 193d SOAMXS squadron with the delivery of Deicing fluid (SAE AMS 1424 Type 1) concentrated mixture of 55/45 to Middletown, PA. Please see attached Solicitation including the Salient Characteristics Listing (on page 2 of the solicitation) which outlines our requirement, and delivery schedule. Please provide a capabilities statement, outlining your ability to fulfill this requirement and a separate pricing sheet for All CLINS, in PDF Format and email to aaron.snow.2@us.af.mil by the soliciation closing deadline. All questions must be submitted in writing by 5:00pm EST on 27 January 2026. CLIN 0001- one delivery of 3,000 gallons (Not to Exceed). CLIN 0002- Option to provide a 2nd delivery of 3,000 gallons (Not to Exceed). This contract line item will not be funded at the time of award but must be priced on contractor quote.
