This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 1. The solicitation number is W50S9222Q9006. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP). 2. This requirement is solicited 100% Total Small-Business set-aside under North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) code: 517919. 3. Below is the contract line item number (CLIN). CLIN 0001 – 12 Months, Base Year: Local Telecommunications Service in accordance with Attachment 1 – PWS Local Telecommunications Services; CLIN 1001 – 12 Months, Option Year 1: Local Telecommunications Service in accordance with Attachment 1 – PWS Local Telecommunications Services; CLIN 2001 – 12 Months, Option Year 2: Local Telecommunications Service in accordance with Attachment 1 – PWS Local Telecommunications Services; CLIN 3001 – 12 Months, Option Year 3: Local Telecommunications Service in accordance with Attachment 1 – PWS Local Telecommunications Services; CLIN 4001 – 12 Months, Option Year 4: Local Telecommunications Service in accordance with Attachment 1 – PWS Local Telecommunications Services; and CLIN 0002 – 6 Months, Continued performance to be used on an as needed basis in accordance with FAR 52.217-8. 4. Description of requirement for the services to be acquired. Period of Performance: CLIN 0001 – 1 August 2022 to 31 July 2023; CLIN 1001 – 1 August 2023 to 31 July 2024; CLIN 2001 – 1 August 2024 to 31 July 2025; CLIN 3001 – 1 August 2025 to 31 July 2026; CLIN 4001 – 1 August 2026 to 31 July 2027; and CLIN 0002 – Continued performance to be used on an as needed basis in accordance with FAR 52.217-8.
