The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-03. This requirement is a Small Business Set-Aside and only qualified sellers may submit bids. The 193rd SOW-Middletown, PA is seeking sources that can demonstrate the capability to modify one Volvo Excavator to enable the usage of government owned attachments. The responsible contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to install a lockout mechanism for the excavator thumb attachment to enable utilization for other attachments, and to replace all worn hydraulic hoses and add quick coupler connections to the hoses, as defined in the attached, PWS. The Government will furnish the necessary workspace for the contractor to perform services. The service must be completed on site at 15010 Range Road, Annville PA 17003.
